Tortola was built in 1948 in Holland. She was
extensively rebuilt in 1996/97 with great care taken to maintain her original
charm and elegance. The end result is now a classic yacht reflecting a
bygone era in yachting, coupled with the latest in engineering, navigation and
communications systems. Albacora of Tortola's profile is well known throughout the Mediterranean and the
Caribbean. She has proved to be a highly successful sea-going charter yacht. Her

Albacora of Tortola offers a good choice of exterior deck areas from its shaded
aft deck with magnificent dining table seating up to twelve to the luxurious
jacuzzi deck or even the privacy of the spacious sun deck. When it comes
to socializing choose between a quiet drink with your guests in the beautiful
classic chintz-draped saloon, or an intimate dinner in the formal mahogany
paneled dining room. The full-width bright and airy master stateroom is located on the main deck with
ensuite bathrooms. Guests are accommodated in four elegant staterooms on the
lower deck all with bath or shower rooms ensuite.
